In connection with your use of this site, Merchant Forecast may ask you for information that personally identifies you including, but not limited to, your name, address, telephone number, and email address information (“personal information”). For example, Merchant Forecast may request your personal information when you proceed to submit your application for Z-Team membership or request technical support.

Merchant Forecast uses your Personal Information in the following ways:
- 1.To contact you about Z-Team membership news and technical support;
- 2.In the event of technical difficulties, we may ask someone else to provide technical support to you (and we may need to disclose to them your personal information);
- 3.To update you about your Z-Team membership;
- 4.To improve the site; and
- 5.To customize certain parts of the site for you.

Children
Merchant Forecast does not intentionally collect information from children under the age of 18. This site does not permit anyone under the age of 18 to register with us. Merchant Forecast does not send email to anyone who tells us that they are under the age of 18 without their parent’s consent.
Children under the age of 13 should always ask their parents or guardians for permission before providing any personal information to anyone online. Merchant Forecast urges parents and guardians to watch their children’s online activities and to use parental control or other web filtering technology to control children’s access to the web

Keeping your personal information secure is important to Merchant Forecast. Merchant Forecast uses various security technologies to protect your personal information from unauthorized use, access, or disclosure.
Your privacy is very important to us, but due to the existing legal, regulatory and security environment, we cannot fully ensure that your private communications and other Personal Information will not be disclosed to third parties. Under certain circumstances, the government or third parties may lawfully or unlawfully intercept or access transmissions or private communications. Additionally, in the unlikely event we need to investigate or resolve possible problems or inquiries, we may disclose any information about you to private entities, law enforcement or other governmental officials as we, in our sole discretion, believe necessary or appropriate. Though Merchant Forecast makes every effort to preserve your privacy we may also need to disclose personal information when required by law wherein we have a good-faith belief that such action is necessary to comply with a current judicial proceeding, a court order or legal process served on this site.

We may include links to web sites operated and maintained by third parties, over which we have no control. Privacy policies on such linked sites may be different from our privacy policy. You access such linked sites at your own risk. You should always read the privacy policy of a linked site before disclosing any personal information on such site.
Policy Changes
If we decide to change our privacy policy in whole or in part, we will inform you by posting a notice on our site. Those changes will go into effect on the date posted in the notice. The new policy will apply to all current and past users of our Site and will replace any prior policies that are inconsistent. This policy was posted in March 2005.

- We are NOT asking for any illegal or proprietary information; We just want your opinion.
- If the company, you work for is on the survey any particular week we request that you do NOT answer those questions. If you do answer the questions about your store, we will be unable to accept that survey.
